Meeting between members of Rotary Club Sofia International and
Drammen Rotary Club in Norway, 20 May, 2008
Drammen Rotary is the second largest club in Norway, with 100 members. Since 2006 they have had cooperation with the Women’s International Club and its Norwegian Members. They have been introduced to a children home in Buzovgrad and their "baba project", and given them some economical support. They also have a good contact with the Norwegian Embassy. In Drammen RC they wanted to find out if they can do things better for the children in Buzovgrad. Drammen Rotary Club in Norway, 20 May, 2008
The purpose of the meeting with RCSI was to establish contact with fellow Rotarians in Bulgaria. For friendship of course, but also to discuss possible future cooperation activities and what the two clubs can do together in Bulgaria.
